No. Our website plans are rolling monthly and you can cancel your website at any time.

All of our monthly plans come with a free website design typically valued at £1500.

Our business model is based on the long term hosting and support of our clients’ websites. By not charging any upfront design fees, we make our service accessible to a much wider range of local businesses with whom we can establish long term working relationships.

In return for this, we simply ask that you provide the bulk of your own written content for your website. Besides, nobody knows your business better than you!

Initially, we’ll populate the first draft of your website with simple guidance material to help make sure your content meets Google’s best practice recommendations.

You’ll then be able to sign into your personalised website dashboard to replace the guidance material with your own custom content.

Of course! The ongoing nature of our service means we’re able to offer you unlimited support with your website. This means you can request as many revisions to the design of your website as you like, we’ll continue to work on it until you’re completely happy with the result.

In most cases, you’ll be provided a private first draft preview well within 5 working days (unless otherwise discussed).

From there, you can request as many revisions as you like. We’ll continue to tweak the design until you’re completely happy with it and ready to go live.

We get most websites live within 10 working days!

Yes. You’ll have access to your very own personalised website dashboard that you can use to independently edit the content of your website anytime, anywhere.

Yes! You can upgrade / downgrade your plan at any time. Just pop us a message and we’ll take care of it.

Cancelling your monthly plan will result in your website being deactivated, this is because your monthly plan covers the ongoing costs of hosting your website.

However, if you’ve been with our service for 2 years or more, we’ll be happy to provide you with a copy of your website that you can move to another host of your choosing (at your own cost).

Just bear in mind that moving hosts will mean you no longer benefit from our software updates, security, backups and support.

Yes! As a thank you for your commitment, we provide a 20% discount on all plans if paid yearly.
